Transfer ownership to PDLI — domain and hosting move to the practice. Then build the real website: optimized first for Google, with full SEO, AEO and GEO coverage so PDLI shows up in classic search, AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews), and generative search.

Multi-format content engine: website pages + YouTube backbone + automated Google review responses, all feeding the authority loop alongside the positioning book.

Hosting options:
· $797/month — full Because I Can AI platform: AI, AEO, GEO, CRM, social automation, content scheduling. Recommended.
· $597/month — lighter starting tier with restrictions, upgrade later when ready.
HIPAA upgrade: optional, priced separately.
One-time setup fee: to be defined.
Option to migrate to a custom WordPress build later if desired.

24/7 patient line
Answers every call day or night, qualifies the caller, books appointments straight into the calendar, routes urgent cases to the right person. The patient who calls at 7pm becomes a booked appointment, not a missed opportunity. Setup fee applies. Monthly subscription is included if PDLI is on the Because I Can AI website hosting platform.
Operations & Systems Consulting
Built-out from AI Co-CEO
A natural extension of the AI Co-CEO foundation. Scope is shaped to whatever the practice needs most at the time — for example, designing SOPs for nurse practitioners and front-of-house, structuring leadership rhythms, or coaching the team into a system that runs even when Allawy is not in the room. Monthly consulting package · availability and execution to be discussed.
Ongoing Marketing Strategy
Continuity engagement
Continuing the strategic marketing partnership beyond the launch — campaign cycles, offer iteration, content cadence, performance review, the authority positioning book, and the slow compounding of authority that makes a practice unmissable. Available as a 3-month or 12-month engagement.
